Aerial Drone Add On: from 150 €

Add spectacular arial drone images to your tour. Our experienced pilots are highly qualified and licensed. We provide aerial HD still photos, 4k Video and HD panoramic images on every drone flight. Please provide the address of the property so we can check if drone flights are permitted in your area.

Night Shots: 150 €

Night, twilight and sunset photographs make your listing stand out. Properties often look better at night and with all lights on. it gives a touch of magic to the property. Combine it with drone images and you get the perfect combination.

Virtual Staging: 50 € / per photo

Make your empty property more attractive by virtually furnishing it. Many different styles and decoration available.

Private Tour: 20 €

If you want to have a specific listing kept private then our Prive Tour option is your choice. The tour will be password protected and only if you send them the password will they be able to view the property. In this way you can assure who has got access to view it and it also functions as a lead generator as people have to enquire for access. Lead capture and peace of mind.

Virtual Tour Narration: 30 € – 60 €

The ADS TOUR VoiceOver system is a perfect tool to personalize and narrate your virtual tours. We offer two options:

Option 1 (Agent personalized): Personalize your tour with your own voice. With this option we will set up a meeting where you can record your narration scene by scene! The cost therefore is 60 €.

Option 2 (text to speech): Our new text to speech audio feature is fantastic. You just send us your script and you can choose between many different male and female voices and between many languages. Our text to speech voices are amazing. Available in many different languages like French, German, Chinese, Norwegian, Swedish, Belgian, Dutch, Russian, Italian and many more. We can also prepare your tour in different languages (ask for details). The cost for this is only 30 €.

Interactive Floor Plans: from 80 €

With our Interactive Floor Plan service you can top up your virtual tour by incorporating an interactive floor plan. Your visitors will be able to see the layout of the property and clicking through the rooms. The floor plan is integrated smoothly into your virtual tour and can be viewed from desktop, laptop, tablet and even smartphones. We deliver you also a .jpg file that you can use for print and all your other marketing activities. Final price depends on the m2 of the property and layout. 

Astro Zoom: 25 €

ADS TOUR´s Astro Zoom is an amazing feature. We will make a custom video production that will slowly zoom in on your property from space!

Professional Headshots: 60 € / person

ADS TOUR is also offering professional headshots for local Real Estate Agents and Business Owners. All sessions include 2 backdrop options, 10 images to choose from, full usage and printing rights. Images will be delivered digitally. Ask for team discounts!

Bespoke Property Website: 25 €

A feature that home owners will love and help you to sell the property. Choose the name that you want for your listing. If you need the domain for more than 1 year, an annual fee of 25 € will be charged.
